Best way to gift BNB to friends (who don't have a Binance account)

I want to encourage some of my friends to start trading/investing in cryptocurrency, and I want to GIFT them some BNB

But they don't have ANY wallets or an account.

One way (but this is NOT efficient) this can be done is, I tell them to open an account on Binance (send my referral link), then ask for the wallet address, then send them the money...

I want a better way! (Ideally, an email telling them they received $xx in BNB. Click this link to signup and claim your money)

(P.S yet, I would love it if they open account using my ref link)
