Binance withdraw help

Hey ppl, can anyone help me, i'm trying to withdraw my GBP balance and when i get to this page i get the error

Binance support has been less then useful on for support with this as their email response

"Please be informed that according to our terms of use, you are not allowed to withdraw your funds using the current channel"

WTF am i supposed to do with that! I just want to withdraw my funds back into my bank account, i have passed through all the verification processes
