That simple, it happened to many people and now its my turn. They literally mean “we took your money and we don’t want to talk with you. Go away “. If someone here knows the legal bases of this action that how they can lock the account and refuse communicating, please share.
PS. I appreciate their diligence on accounts security. But the the point is, if you lock the account, give it second priority after those hacked, communicate immediately and resolve it either by Reactivation or Letting him go (of course unless it is funded by illegal money). I understand Binance.US is a private business and they can choose who they want to work or not without even telling them why. For sake of your own business’s interest, have transparency and be commutative.
UPDATE: someone from Binance.US commented here and escalated the closed ticket. Support team asked for video proof which I just sent. So far so good. I’ll update the thread accordingly.
