I paid a vendor using bitcoin for some private proxies which my company uses for BI and generic scraping purposes. We usually have customer coming in and going out of our platforms and some of them prefer to use bitcoin. We also have a bit of "extra" bitcoin lying around which we use for business payments.
So anyway, we paid a vendor using Bitpay and the vendor has authorised a refund. Bitpay wants me to submit KYC information which I went ahead and did anyway since refund money is quite substantial.
So I wait for 4 days, no reply . Onfido rejected my KYC too. What's the purpose of using bitcoin to pay for stuff and drive adoption if bad actors want my KYC information and not even bother to give a decent service.
