Can we look at the positives?

Regardless of how anyone "feels" the original language in the Bill is super bullish for Bitcoin.

The most powerful regulators on the planet admiting they cant touch it. Reminding us if you have a central point of failure it will be attacked. They went after Bitcoin's precursors and now they will do the same to digital money without censorship resistant PoW

Most politicians appear to be maxis even the corrupt ones so seems good for adoption.

Either way seems like BTC comes out on top in all scenarios.
