I have been unable to withdraw due to "risk control" for two months now, I have explained the situation to customer support over and over again but I just keep getting repetitive questions such as "has your issue been solved yet?", when it obviously hasn't.
My case was given priority and transferred to a "senior agent", but somehow this made the customer service even worse! They asked me to create a bank transfer appeal, I did this and the appeal was immediately rejected due to "risk control". I told this to customer support, and I got... an empty message in response. No kidding, this isn't something wrong with my computer or phone, it's literally just an empty response.
I then got the question "has your issue been solved yet?" again, I said no, and now they are telling me to create an appeal again when it literally doesn't work. The appeal page says I should contact customer service.
So this is the kind of help you can expect when your case is given priority and it's transferred to a senior agent, great stuff. This just seems like a bad joke at my expense, I have about 50K in assets on binance.com and might really need to withdraw some money soon, I really don't know what to do at this point, I think I will continue to make these kinds of posts until I get their attention.
