I want to be fair here. I know Binance has seen a huge increase in users over the last month, so it’s understandable that they are struggling to cope with demand right now.
Having said that, failed bank transfers (that are shown in history) should be returned immediately so that it can be transferred to another exchange or a different method used.
Customer service isn’t responding and I’m worried (having read some not too great stuff) that the money is just gone now (I know, I should be patient... 1-3 working days, etc.).
If anyone has any advice on how to get through to them quicker, I’d greatly appreciate!
