I have tried buying XRP, but the transaction failed. Two weeks passed without a refund so I contacted binance support and they told me they were aware of the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible. It has been almost 10 days since then and still nothing. Should I reach out to my bank or should I keep waiting, and if I do wait how much longer would it take?
