Future prediction (hear me out)

In the future when there’s a good chance of there being a social credit rating system in the west in which we are socially forced to use to interact with the US financial system, do u guys think there will be an alternative cryptographic based credit rating system in which ppl can use anonymously to buy financial assets but all over the world? An example would be able to buy a 20% mortgage in a El Salvador or dubai without paperwork of that local country. Building up a anonymous credit history could be done by loaning out btc and/or borrowing btc and having the repayment be on time. I know for a lot of us using credit to buy things won’t be a thing in 20~50+ yrs but still will for young broke ppl born by then
