So Hey All,
I'm one of those dorks that never did any kind of "investing" until I was sitting around my house day drinking and "working from home" for a few years during Covid. During this time, I saw my idiot friends making a bunch of money, and jumped on the hype train taking investment advice from a bunch of strangers on Reddit. Noice job.
In short, in terms of crypto, I put about 15,000 in loop and IMX. Am about 60% down. Amazingly this is one of my best investments, lol. I've since decided I have neither the education, time, energy or fucks to give to be involved in any of these markets. Also I'm starting to think there might be some corruption.
I've taken some pretty big hits, but not crying because I did understand the risks. I'm going to go back to investing in actual physical, tangible assets that I generally understand and can put a realistic valuation on. My question is, if I hold on to these coins for a few years what's the general feeling that I can recoup my losses and sell at a break even point? Fortunately, I have only invested gambled what I could lose without my wife leaving me.
Yes, I know nobody knows for sure, but I think forums like this are at least partially for speculation and discussion about future value of projects.
Thanks in advance for any responses.
