I'm curious more than anything, after researching how to go about trialing a very small test investment I'm amazed.
Here's a well funded company with over 1000 employees - founded in 2012 and therefore have presumably amassed a considerable amount of coin in that time. Yet complaints relating to people simply losing their funds on this platform are absolutely off the scale.
All I'm reading is a lot of very colourful angry 'scambase' reviews etc and a handful of extremely vanilla (fake?) positive reviews.
I find it hard to believe that a bunch of people smart enough to operate coinbase(pro), would not be smart enough to take care of their clients. It doesn't make any sense at all.
It seems to me that there is currently no exchange that has successfully built a reputation as the market leading exchange for traders/investors.
Why is that?
