I am using crypto/monero to be untraceable. But my local crypto ATM requires phone verification with monero, but not with Ethereum.

So I think I will buy monero first then convert it to Ethereum then cash it out, I need cash. However, someone told me that Ethereum takes a longtime to confirm at the crypto ATM, depending on how high a network fee chosen on my wallet, the speed varies. This is what I dont understand. How long would it take? I dont have experience with crypto ATM's. If necessary, I would be willing to enter into the ATM the Ethereum wallet address or whatever, & wait & come back the next day. That is okay.-Any advice/help is greatly appreciated. -Thanks
