I have some crypto that I want to sell, however Binance doesn't allow me to do so unless I allow it to share my private information including Face ID. What the hell?

So how I do proceed? How can I even ensure they haven't already shared my biometric knowledge? Do I commerce the crypto I've to Etherium then ship it to Coinbase? I'm simply confused and annoyed that they made it so difficult. I'd really recognize some help please.
