Over $ 20,000 dollars was taken/stolen from my Binance U.S. account (Ticket # 621399)

I have had little or no service since July of 2020 with Binance U.S. They do not respond to tickets. I have not been able to deposit for over 9 months with little help from Binance U.S. Last week my account was hacked and over $ 20,000 was taken from my account. This is an emergency to help me retrieve my money, but I have received no response. Please help and Upvote my ticket (# 621399). I have disabled my account to protct myself from more losses. I have little confidence I will receive any help from Binance U.S. I am totally distraught and upset with this emergrency of someone hacking and stealing my money from my account. Please help!
