I have a high-end Windows PC that I'm told would be adequate for giving this a shot. Definitely not looking to get rich by any means, but I'm fascinated by the prospect of getting this set up and seeing what I can do.

At the beginning of last summer, I got started; I bought a Trezor wallet and downloaded software (don't remember the name and am not on my home PC right now) and it seemed to be working for a couple of weeks. I'd just let it run while I was at work or asleep, and turned it off when I was actually doing anything of substance on the computer that required more resources.

A few weeks later, the software stopped working as it had, and I needed to update some address; after following some lengthy, somewhat-confusing-to-me instructions, I obtained a new address, and it started working again. A couple weeks later, the same thing happened; I put off getting an address again, and then pretty much forgot about it, then just didn't do anything anymore.

I'd like to know if there are any more-or-less fire-and-forget solutions for me. As in, could I just fire up the program whenever I wasn't using my computer, and it work without updating anything but the software?

Apologies if this is a dumb set of questions, I guess.
