taxes when cashing fiat

Hi all, I am pretty new to binance and was hence wondering what would happen when I cashed in for fiat. What i understood was that there are minor fees for trading but it depends on the country when cashing in. Since I'm living in France, i was wondering if I should declare my income to french tax authorities ? Or would binance do it for me since I connected my bank account ? Thanks again
