Attempting to recover my account on my new phone and support has requested facial recognition through either a webcam which I don't have, or the mobile app. When I attempt to use the mobile app I get "The network is abnormal, Please try again". I've contacted no support but no replies yet.
Anyone have any ideas? I've reinstalled the app, I've followed the advice on the website regarding using wifi/4g. I don't know what to do.
