I'm new to crypto and I've been trying to buy BTC from Binance with my debit card, but whenever I do, it displays the above error message. I tried buying ETH back in July and it worked fine. I suspect it may be because I recently got a new debit card and my bank isn't allowing the transfer for whatever reason, but I haven't confirmed that. Any idea on how I'm able to fix this?
