My Withdrawal function was disabled and I was in contact with customer support a few months ago. I was asked to provide answers to Security questions and 2 videos, and now I have them ready. Is there a way I can talk to CS Fritz (the guy who emailed me) directly? I feel a lot of stress because as a US customer I need to withdrawal ASAP but I have that function disabled.
