24 seed storage idea

I understand the metal plate idea is very safe but if for some reason someone ever gets your plate then they have all your Bitcoin (unless you also have a pass phrase). What about this idea:

Take all 2048 possible words and randomize them using Microsoft excel or some other randomizer. Now all 2048 possible words are mixed up and each one is numbered 1-2048.

Convert that excel sheet to a pdf that can’t be altered.

Find each of your 24 words and write down the corresponding number only on a sheet of paper.

Email the pdf with the random 2048 words to several family members/friends and tell them to save it (and you create several email addresses or Google docs and send to yourself too). Maybe you print the pdf and store it in various safe/trusted places too.

Now, if some bad actor gets this pdf it means nothing to them. Or if some bad actor has your piece of paper with 24 random numbers written on it, it means nothing to them.
