$322.12M of crypto assets were liquidated in the previous 24 hours! In which $31.67M were shorts and $290.44M were longs.

Hi everyone,

In the last hour many alt coins (like ADA and MATIC) are bleeding heavily. The reason is most likely that the SEC is seeing these coins as security and that BTC has a small dip. This resulted in a lot of crypto liquidations.

The stats in the past 24h at the time of writing:

- In the past 24 hours, $322.12M of assets were liquidated.
- Liquidated longs and shorts: $290.44M were longs (90.17%) and $31.67M were shorts (9.83%).
- 164.694 traders were liquidated.
- Top 3 Liquidations: $32.28M of BTC, $26.69M of ETH and $14.18M of ADA.
- The largest single liquidation order happened on OKX - ETH-USD-SWAP value $2.18M.

You can clearly see that today is a very bloody day for leverage traders of the data from the past months. Most likely it's just the start of a volatile weekend in the crypto markets!
