I wired money from my bank to my Binance.US account and it never showed up. Like hundreds of people i waited and tried so many ways to get in contact with support. Finally got someone in their support queue and every couple of weeks asked for updates to no avail. There is no direct way for Binance.US to resolve issues with their primary bank Prime Trust.
After 8 months I finally got my money back and will never fucking go near Binance.US again.
