A big boom for web3 and gamefi in 2023

I think that web3 gaming even though it is still in its infancy, but is expanding quickly. There has been a significant increase in investment in Web3 gaming in recent years.

I found some statistics and the entire amount spent was around $4 billion in 2021, projected to increase to $9.25 billion in 2022. It seems that 2023 will introduce even more new developments and investments in new projects.

What do you expect from web3 and gamefi in general in 2023?

By 2029, it is expected that the esports industry will have reached $5.48 billion. Decentralized gaming apps have a ton of potential, given the market gaps in Web2 and Web3 gaming. Additionally, there is much room for gamification in various businesses using the native Web3 incentive structures.

There are so many projects that seem promising, CoinFantasy established a realistic gaming environment based on the crypto financial markets using an innovative approach. The use of cryptocurrencies in games has many great benefits, that's probably one of my fav things about these games.

However, I think that as more games feature well-known people, the vision for Web3 gaming is expanding. As more people gain knowledge of the NFT user experience, more people start playing Web3 games. Celebrities and NFT creators are more aware of the ownership, transparency, and interoperability that NFTs offer.
