A way to visa owners pay me in crypto?

Hello, I'm a Kurd from Iraq. In this caveman of a country we have no outside connection, our credit cards cannot receive money internationally but we can spend it.

After crypto, we got some slight breathing room regarding buying, we buy crypto from an exchange then use it as a payment method where Iraqi credit cards are not acceptable. Or we work for outside and get paid by crypto to avoid the ridiculous fees of 3rd party companies. Which again there's problems when it comes to exchange the crypto back into cash because we can't sell it and get our currency, but that's still acceptable.

Now i have some business ideas and i want to initiate them, but again i cannot get paid because we can't receive payments, is there any service where customers can pay with visa/master card and i get paid by crypto? Most customers don't even know crypto and they'd give up if i tell them the hassle to buy crypto make a wallet and send the money. I'd appreciate some input in this
