AAX exchange suspended their withdrawals since 13th November, saying that FTX collapse put immense pressure on industry and them.
They told that suspension of withdrawals were temporary, and it was because of technical issues.
Even today, they have not yet reopened their withdrawals. Today, they deleted their YouTube channel too. The worst thing is, THEY HAVE STILL ENABLED DEPOSITS.
The message on their exchange still states that it is due to technical issues.
The current system upgrades require our third-party partner to proofread and restore all users' asset data. Due to the current market situation, the integration is taking longer than usual and is now in the queue to be completed within 7-10 days. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will continue our best effort to resume regular activity.
Looking at their actions, I don't think they are solvent anymore. CMC isn't showing any data regarding trading volume and daily transactions of AAX exchange. They haven't tweeted since 15th november.
They also tweeted saying :
AAX reserves the right to bring legal action against false accusations and allegations from any person or institution.
