On 26/06/2021, I accidentally sent BEP20 version of Ethereum from my Trust Wallet connected to BSC via MetaMask. I waited long enough for the transaction to go through but never arrived in my Coinbase account. I was on MetaMask connected to Binance Smart Chain Mainnet and can see, under activity, that ETH was sent. I viewed the details on bscscan.com and could see the transaction details:-
https://bscscan.com/tx/0x4573d5158979560322d4deee71ff1c62007f50ce9e403c666d8b0618246449e2
It said success but ended up sending it to this address:-
0xeda1903cb846324a6dd78070b628031a70476a14
as Binance-Peg Ethereum Token. I have already seen many YouTube Videos on how to recover it and convert it back to ERC-20 so that I can take it to Binance.com. I managed to get the contract address for 'Binance-Peg Ethereum Token', I successfully added the token to MetaMask and then could only see 0 ETH balance but on bscscan trans details, it should be 0.111728620203289887 ETH.
How do I get this to show on my MetaMask connected to Binance Smart Chain Network?
On Bscscan Trans Details, I have added a comment to see if the recipient will respond and transfer the fund back to my Trust Wallet.
Thanks for your help and time, much appreciated
Simon
