Account deletion rejected

Whats up,

I signed up for a Binance account 1.5 years ago but by no means used it nor verified my id. Now I need to delete my account and my deletion request was rejected however there isn't a cause in the e mail. https://i.imgur.com/RhdIj3H.png I additionally seemed into the source code of the e-mail and there is no purpose either. How can I delete my account permanently? I can't find a strategy to contact them instantly either.
