Hey guys sorry for the long post but yesterday I received a few emails (see below) after which I couldn't access my account, when attempting to login with email and password I get an error saying "incorrect username or password", when attempting to reset my password I get an error saying "please check that the mail verification code has been sent" and I don't receive anything in my email nor to my mobile number.
The first email says "Advanced Verification Unsuccessful" second one says "Personal Verification Unsuccessful" both stating the following reason - "We're sorry to inform you that your Personal Verification has been declined for the following reason(s): " User required "" both these emails were sent around 10am. Then finally received 2 emails from our good friend Tannya(!)

All the while I was enjoying my morning sleep in, so no, I wasn't on my account engaging in nefarious activities!
Please if anyone has experienced a similar issue and has had their account frozen/locked/blocked/deleted or whatever is going on then please let me know and let's raise this issue incase others are in a similar situation. What can I do?
