Account permanently blocked after P2P order on Binance

I don't know if this is an experience anyone experienced heard of. After putting a P2P order on Binance to purchase USDT, I despatched the money & notified the vendor, who stated that they couldn't verify in the mean time as a result of having a flight to catch.

I appealed the order as they hadn't launched the crypto, and was prompted by help to ship them a video of the transaction go browsing the app I used to ship them the cash.
No various minutes after sending, I get knowledgeable of a report on my account, and a permanent blcok. Help insists this choice is remaining.

The primary thing is that I never acquired my a refund. Is that this a scam that's commonly run by Binance? Help claims the decision is last. I have used Binance with P2P for a couple of years at this point, but this solely occurred on one in every of my extra pricey P2P orders.
