My laptop was hit by a malware yesterday and I believe my gmail account (which was linked to binance) was compromised. The attacker set gmail rules to automatically delete any binance emails so that they go straight to the trash.
Just today, I received a SMS that 'I have been attempting to reset my security Google Authentication, Email Authentication and SMS Authentication'. I immediately logged in and tried to change my password and disable my account. However, I had to go through the 3 steps of verification before I can change my password and I soon received a SMS that 'I have changed my security successfully' within the next minute. I was logged out of my account and could not log in ever since. I received no email when I clicked 'Forgot my password'.
I have since reached out to binance support and am still awaiting a response frome them. Has anyone experienced this before or any idea how to expedite my message to customer support?
Am feeling extremely anxious now and any advice will be really really appreciated!!!
