Ad for Vodeis.com the other day and KYC/Deposit.

Has anyone spotted the ad for Vodeis.com yet? Does anyone have any experience on the legitimacy of this website? I signed up for this site. It also looks like there's a balance in the account. I have already done the regular required KYC, why can't I proceed until I deposit 0.004 BTC? This just screams scammy to me all over. Since when has any site done a crypto transfer for a verification? On top of that, it's a deposit verification on top of the standard state/government ID along with the selfie video. I was willing to do the standard KYC, but I can't access the account or transfer any of my balance from Vodeis until I send 0.004 BTC? Where do they do these kind of practices at and why do I have to jump through risky hoops just to be able to fully access this account?
