Advice on withdrawing UK?

Hi, I’m very new to crypto and invested a small amount in Vechain and ADA on binance a few months ago. I got kinda busy and forgot about it and left it on binance and now binance have stopped GBP withdrawals and deposits. I want to withdraw my profits even though it’s not a large amount. Should I withdraw? and if so how I’m very confused I did some research and I saw that you could buy a stable coin and transfer this to another exchange and withdraw fiat that way? I’m not sure if anyone knows feel free to share. Thank you :)
