Most of the AI should be run from cloud servers, the advantage is if the AI for the crypto marketplace won't be run by ethereum marketplaces, instead the ethereum dApps will use AI with mobile phones harvesting AI data.
It would add a personal touch to give your AI it's own decentralized app module while the cost in ethereum is low. But I imagine a future where ethereum coins that run decentralized AI apps lower the cost of AI even more
