Hi,
On "2021-06-08 07:44" I submitted an withdrawal order from HNT address in Binance. The transaction is still processing and I opened a support ticket (Case ID #73425377). Binance support is saying it's Helium's blockchain fault due to the Fastly CDN outage that happened yesterday. That being said:
- This claim is just plain absurd (the support agent said: "HNT mentioned a big part of the internet was out this morning, recovering now"). This is a joke and a disrespect, to say the least. Fastly CDN has absolutely nothing to do with Helium's blockchain (nor any other blockchain).
- An administrator at Helium's community discord confirmed that while the Fastly CDN temporarily indeed affected it's public APIs the blockchain was running fine and nothing happened there (as expected).
- I reported the transaction issue in Helium's community discord and the same administrator confirmed that the transaction did not even reached Helium's blockchain.
- Binance assigned a TxID which does not even shows as a pending transaction in Helium's blockchain. Is this a fraud?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon
