Altcoin to BTC Strategy

Hello folks,

I want to see how you view the following 2 strategies to maximise BTC accumulation.

1) When Altcoin/BTC is at relatively high level (close to bull market climax), convert alt coins to BTC

2) Similar to 1 but instead sell alt coins for USD/fiat and hold; wait for bear market to buy BTC

To those who’s experienced with previous cycles, which strategy works better? Would love to hear your opinions.

P.S. I own 1 BTC but also have some alt coins to seek extra gains there but ultimately want to grow in BTC terms.
