I'm not an expert, and *this is my first time* using GPG, so i might be wrong... but is the key used for verification of the Bitcoin Core download expired?

Have i done something wrong or is it something that Bitcoin Devs have to fix?
did this in WSLg/windows11 because powershell doesn't have a GPG command
