I received an email to re-verify. I uploaded my ID and documents. Binance now restricted my account to withdrawal only, which basically means I can't use Binance anymore!! The actual message they gave me:
"Dear user, we did a review on your account, unfortunately, you are ineligible to use Binance’s services due to an internal risk assessment or a geographic restriction, and the decision is final. We are extremely sorry. Thank you and have a good day ahead."
I have been a long time customer with verified status. I have an excellent credit score. I have a very good above-average salary. I am a UK citizen born and bred here. There must be some programming error or something that has gone wrong and thinks I should be blocked!!
I have asked numerous times to the chat support staff to forward me to a UK support department preferably someone from KYC, but I am ignored.
If Binance team from the UK is reading this, please help. Case number below.
