Another example of why you should never tell idiots that you own crypto

A friend, not even very close, told me he wanted to invest in crypto. I made the terrible mistake of telling him that I own crypto. Now I basically became his personal and free financial advisor.

Him: so which crypto I should buy?

Me: I would buy an important one to be safer, however you should read the whitepaper of some crypto and decide by yourself which one you think will have a future

Him: which one you would buy?

Me: I don't know, it depends on a lot of things

Him: just pick one! Just to try

Me: I would pick ltc because it's just 127€ and it's very far from its ATH

Him: so you fucked me, I guess

Me: why?

Him: you told me to buy ltc and it dumped hard

Me: it's 139€, it's not supposed to grow every day, anyways it's still a small profit

Him: which profit??? I bought yesterday for 145!!!

Me: why you bought it yesterday?

Him: you told me to!

Me: I told you 2 days ago!

Him: so why you didn't tell me yesterday to not buy it anymore?

Me: I didn't even know you were going to buy it, who would buy a coin that just jumped +11%?

Him: do you still have ltc?

Me: yes I own several coins, but I told you I never trade them, I just hold them

Him: I just saw ltc is over 150 today

Me: yes, finally you're on profit

Him: are you kidding me? You told me to sell it at 140!

Me: I never told you that!

Him: you said it was a mistake to buy it at 145!

Me: so you sold it at 140? Are you kidding me?

Him: you were very helpful, next time I ask you for a favor remind me to just not do it
