Anxious

Hello my Bitcoin fellows, does any of you get crazy anxious about loosing your nestegg? What you do about it?

Recently I have been more and more anxious about it and its getting bad for my mental health.

I started investing since 2021 during bull market and have been dcaing into the market with all the money I have each month to Invest, its been almost 2 years now. For most people in this reddit forum its probably low value but I AM from a country with a lower wage, I cannot loose this. When I say loose I AM talking ONLY about being stolen from, not about Bitcoin loosing value

I searched for every type of security, and for a not particular sofisticated tech person a cold wallet is still the best option.

Its getting so bad that every 5 minutes I AM checking the APP on my phone just to be sure, And even tho I know the live APP I AM using would show 0 value automatically If I was stolen I feel the need every other day to connect my cold wallet and move some BTC around so I can be sure I still have it

Does anyone feel like this?
