Stop acting like institutions are all just going to panic sell an extremely volatile asset that they knowingly bought into. The only scenario that happens is a global financial crash, not in a crypto crash. Every person with money values something they buy as HIGHER than their entry point, and will gladly buy more at a lesser price.
The only reason there was a long bear market in 2018 was because of ICO's. Every single token raised money and hired huge teams and rented offices with ETH and BTC money, and they had to spend it continuously to pay everyone. Institutions and wealthy people operate the opposite of the panicky retail investor. They are hesitant to buy bitcoin at 60k but gladly buy it at 30k
If you think there is a chance of bitcoin not reaching 100k in the future and the crypto market not rebounding ever, I would suggest selling all your crypto now and ignoring the space, or research blockchain and crypto until you see why it has inherent value, and the inherent value is in the hundreds of trillions of value range
