Any online course that covers the entirety of the ethereum ecosystem.

I feel like ethereum is a pretty daunting space. People talk about things like rollups, L2 chains, validators, etc. While I think I get all of this in a shallow sense, I cant say I have any deep knowledge. They way I like to learn most things, is in a structured way that starts with fundamentals a builds up

I'm wondering if there exists any good online learning resource that gives a structured approach to learning about Etheruem in a deep way. If not I would also settle for a textbook.
