Any reliable way to execute multiple cross chain actions if user requests on one EVM chain?

Hey, assuming a users funds are deployed between multiple chains and user requests wants to withdraw funds on chain 1, any good ways to create subsequent transactions on other chains to retrieve funds to chain 1 and then allow user to withdraw?
I know I can build a off-chain code to handle this, but want to know if there is some project out there that can already do this. Say, I pay all the fees upfront to do all these cross chain transactions, and they just execute them reliably.
