Any resonable way to withdraw FIAT?

Hey,

I've been kinda living under a rock for a bit and now I've seen that SEPA withdraws were suspended for an unknow amount of time. I used it to top up and withdraw in the past as it's the easisiest and cheapest. Is there any way to withdraw EUR without massive fees?

I've also tried my mastercards and visa debits but they were denied and I'm assumin transfering cryptos from binance to aanother non binance exchange would be pretty costly?

Hope you can give me some advice.
