After being part of this sub for about a month, I have to ask if I am the only one here who is not "all in" on Crypto.
Don't get me wrong - I think crypto will be a thing of the future. But I also believe there are substantial risks to investing in crypto, even more so then traditional investing in mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc.
Yet I feel most posts here are split between people saying 1) "throw your entire paycheck into crypto, YOLO!" 2) "buy the dip!!!!!!!" (which is market timing BTW and normally not recommended), and 3) fuck the evil banks/governments/corporations/elon (FWIW, while none of these people have our interests in mind, I feel I have never been horribly fucked over by them either).
Are there any others here like me who are using crypto as a diversification tool versus putting all (or most of) their money into it? Also how much of your portfolio does crypto make up for those who have traditional investment portfolios (mine is <1% for now).
