Api problems

Hi guys, so I've been playing around trying to get into writing a trading bot but I keep having this weird problem. I'm using an OCO order to place stoploss / take profit for trades however the order expires seemingly randomly? I'm currently on 5 min candles. I've read that the spot testnet has poor liquidity many recommending BNB/USDT. I'm wondering whether its the network causing my orders to expire.

This is the take profit portion of the OCO. The time difference is roughly 5 mins between created and updated. I'm assuming updated is when it expired.
