Anyone else got these problems? During peak moments when there is a lot of activity, I am unable to quickly apply a take-loss order in futures. My original order will be placed and my stop-loss order does show up on my position but when the market price is reached the take-loss won't trigger. It'll show up as 'network error request'.
I've lost 1000 USDT because of these errors. I tried contacting binance support and showed them a screenshot of the order (inlcuding the stop-loss being registered on my app) but they won't help. Their response is that my stop-loss order didn't register server-side and that I am therefore unable to receive a refund, even if I do show I'm telling the truth by providing them with screenshots...
