Are people being smarter this time around?

All Cryptocurrencies

by COINS NEWS 125 Views

I didn’t know much about cryptocurrency or global markets in general really until early 2020, so I was not a part of /r/cryptocurrency before then so forgive any ignorance on my part.

I see a LOT of posts and articles about DCA until the bear market is over, which will promptly be replaced with the “to the moon” and “LFG” fanboys when the markets are hitting new all time highs.

What was the market sentiment in the crypto space during the last bear market? Were people encouraging each other to DCA low and sell high; or was it more of a “crypto is dead, sell sell sell” environment? I don’t remember seeing hearing or reading any of the advice that’s available now, and while some of it may be biased shilling there’s some really solid information to take in to help navigate this bear season.

Maybe the space is filled with more people who learned their lesson last time, or maybe I just wasn’t really paying attention to advice 3-4 years ago, but it’s nice to see people trying to be genuinely helpful here these last 6-12 months…
