Are reflections bad tokenomics?

Are reflections bad tokenomics?

I’m a bit of a crypto newb but lately I have been doing some research into coins with reflections. The concept seems like it could either be a great idea or a complete disaster. I also don’t think I have seen a coin with this practice work well. I could be wrong, but it seems safe moon was the biggest coin with reflections and we all know how that’s going. I’m curious as to what people believe. Do you think reflections could play an important role in cryptos future, or is it just a bad tactic to reel investors into possible rug pulls? I personally don’t see it working well for coins in the long term, but I would love to know what the community thinks.
