Reason I ask this is because I keep seeing some very poor criticisms like "people just hold on to bitcoin and never spend it, so it's not real money." or "It's a huge waste of energy and it destroys the planet." and that could be literally whisked away in small "well people hold on to money and gold too, is that not a legitimate?" and "Well if there's a problem with emissions why does that fall on the miners? Shouldn't that be an issue with how we all get out power?"
Is there anything that is legitimately a con to Bitcoin? The only thing I could think of was the fact like cash, once it's lost or a transaction is processed, that's it. No going back. There's no undo. Unlike credit, you can't just do a charge back etc.
I wanna be realistic as there's always cons to any system or product or in this case currency. And to act like it's perfect is honestly really bothering some people that I know.
