I want to transfer a crypto position from one binance account to another binance account using the 'withdrawal' function. Do the regular withdrawal limits (of withdrawal to an external address) apply in this case? For example if the source account has only basic verification, do I have a transfer limit of only 2 BTC per 24 hours.
